Is there interest in this being a future update?

Messaged CrewLab support, but they only tell me what great detail my email has, but no suggestions on how to fix.

Please help - our team wants our numbers, and it's difficult to send screenshots of Garmin Connect, when CrewLab used to pull data in and coaches could see progress.

I really enjoyed listening to Drew, Valery, and Simon discuss their take on the “trampoline effect” and bio-mechanics of the rowing stroke. I’ve brought some of these ideas to my athletes and it’s resonating strongly.

Is there anyway we could get a Roundtable discussion with those guys, where coaches could ask more specific questions on this topic? Or any other topic those guys want to talk about.

This is a Product Design internship. You will work directly with CrewLAB’s design leads on a live app used by thousands of athletes, coaches, and parents. Your goal is not to redesign the product from scratch, but to help us ship features that are more usable, more beautiful, and more loved by the people who use them every day.

A Note on the Work

Design needs at CrewLAB move fast, and the specifics of what you'll work on will depend on where the company is where you start. Expect to touch a mix of new feature design, user research, and polish on the live app.

What won't change: you'll be treated as an equal on the design team from day one. You'll sit in the rooms, join the same meetings, and be empowered to make real decisions that ship to real users. This is not a coffee-run internship.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Leader & Athlete: You are a rower, runner, or swimmer who is a leader on their team.

• Curious: You care about how people use things and why they work or don’t.

• Patient: You are okay iterating on the same thing ten times to get it right.

• Teammate Mindset: You get satisfaction from doing things that make other people’s lives easier.

• Design Interest or Background: Current student or recent grad in design, HCI, or related field.

• Able to work hybrid in our Marina Del Rey office and remotely

The Concept: A "Triathlon" for the CrewLAB athlete. We ditch the bike and replace it with the Erg.

Imagine a global leaderboard where a swimmer’s kick, a rower’s pull, and a runner’s lungs all go head-to-head. It’s the ultimate test of who is the most well-rounded athlete on the app.
